Mr. Beltz has been investing in litigation finance since 2015.

He started his career in private equity in 2005 with Wayzata Investment Partners and has managed and invested more than $1.5 billion in alternative investment opportunities. In addition, Mr. Beltz represented his firm on over 15 restructuring committees and six corporate boards.

Most recently, Mr. Beltz managed a litigation finance fund at Imperial Capital Asset Management (“ICAM”) and was a partner at Neponset Bay Capital, an alternative asset focused private equity firm.
